As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a meaningful role in providing Family Support Services to children and adults with autism and developmental disabilities in an in-home setting. You will support and supervise individuals while ensuring a safe and positive environment. In this role, you will partner closely with families and utilize evidence-based practices to appropriately manage behaviors and encourage growth.

Your Role & Responsibilities –

• Participate in activities aimed at promoting socialization and skill building.
• Providing support and supervision to individuals who have intellectual and/or developmental disabilities such as autism.
• Support individuals with recreational activities of their choice in their home.

Qualifications –

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• Experience providing care or supervision for children in a home or community setting such as childcare, youth programs, or family support.
• Must have reliable transportation

Pay – $18.00- $19.00 Hourly

Status – Part-Time
