Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• California Physical Therapy licensure in good standing
• Hospital or outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Familiarity with clinical reasoning and comprehensive evaluation
• Commitment to patient and employee safety best practices
• Engagement with ongoing professional development and performance improvement initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat patient needs with individualized care plans
• Document treatment and progress in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards
• Delegate and direct therapy services for assigned patients
• Educate patients, families, and staff on therapy and safety protocols
• Mentor students and foster a positive learning environment
• Maintain active licensure and complete required continuing education
