The Opportunity

\n

Rosecliff is seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and ambitious Platform & Operations Associate to support the firm’s leadership and help manage its day-to-day operations.

\n

\n

This is a high-trust, high-visibility role at the center of the organization. The Associate will combine executive support with firm operations, relationship management, event coordination, communications, and special projects. The successful candidate will anticipate needs, bring structure to competing priorities, and help ensure the firm operates efficiently and professionally.

\n

The role is designed for someone early in their career who wants to develop into a versatile business operator. As the individual demonstrates judgment and ownership, the position can expand into broader responsibility across firm operations, platform initiatives, and strategic projects—with a potential long-term path toward senior operating leadership.

Responsibilities

\n

\n

Executive Support

\n

\n
• Manage complex calendars, meetings, appointments, and scheduling for senior leadership
\n
• Prepare executives for meetings by organizing agendas, briefing materials, background information, and follow-up items
\n
• Draft and manage correspondence with investors, founders, executives, service providers, and other stakeholders
\n
• Track commitments, decisions, and action items to ensure timely follow-through
\n
• Handle sensitive business and personal information with discretion and sound judgment
\n
• Anticipate scheduling conflicts, operational needs, and potential issues before they arise
\n

\n

Firm Operations

\n

\n
• Develop and maintain internal processes, systems, templates, trackers, and documentation
\n
• Coordinate with legal, finance, compliance, technology, recruiting, and other external service providers
\n
• Assist with vendor management, office operations, subscriptions, expenses, and recordkeeping
\n
• Maintain accurate contact, relationship, and activity information across the firm’s systems
\n
• Help identify and implement tools—including AI-enabled workflows—that improve productivity and institutional knowledge
\n
• Ensure the firm’s internal and external activities reflect a consistently high standard of professionalism
\n

\n

Platform and Relationships

\n

\n
• Help manage communications and engagement across Rosecliff’s network of founders, investors, executives, and strategic partners
\n
• Support portfolio-company initiatives, introductions, events, and other value-add activities
\n
• Coordinate investor meetings, portfolio gatherings, conferences, dinners, and firm events
\n
• Maintain organized records of key relationships, interactions, and follow-up items
\n
• Assist with thoughtful outreach, gifting, acknowledgments, and other relationship-management activities
\n
• Serve as a responsive and professional point of contact for important external stakeholders
\n

\n

Communications

\n

\n
• Draft and edit emails, presentations, meeting materials, firm updates, and other business communications
\n
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of investor- and portfolio-facing materials
\n
• Support the firm’s website, announcements, social media presence, and broader brand initiatives as needed
\n
• Review materials for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and professional presentation
\n
• Coordinate communications across internal team members and external stakeholders
\n

Special Projects

\n

\n
• Support senior leadership on strategic and time-sensitive initiatives
\n
• Conduct targeted research and synthesize findings into concise, decision-useful materials
\n
• Help coordinate recruiting, onboarding, technology implementation, and process-improvement projects
\n
• Take ownership of ambiguous assignments and drive them from initial concept through completion
\n
• Assume broader operating responsibilities as the role and firm continue to grow
\n

Candidate Profile

\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record
\n
• Approximately 1–3 years of relevant professional experience; exceptional recent graduates may also be considered
\n
• Experience in executive support, business operations, financial services, venture capital, private equity, consulting, technology, hospitality, or another demanding professional environment is helpful
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail
\n
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
\n
• Comfort learning new software, productivity tools, CRM systems, and AI-enabled workflows
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment without sacrificing accuracy
\n
• Willingness to work in person in New York City and provide flexibility when business needs require it
\n

Compensation and Benefits

Rosecliff offers a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience, including base salary, performance-based compensation, and benefits. Final compensation will depend on the candidate’s background, capabilities, and fit for the role.
