Key Responsibilities The Experience: Provide warm, professional greetings and guide guests through the menu with expert knowledge of specialties and wine pairings. Tableside Craft: Masterfully present menu choices, take accurate orders, and perform tableside wine service with elegance. Precision Service: Manage guest checks, secure payments via POS (Micros/Aloha), and maintain a pristine dining environment through diligent side‑work. Collaboration: Build positive relationships with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure every dish and drink arrives perfectly. Qualifications Experience: At least one year of serving experience in fine dining/upscale background preferred. Knowledge: Strong foundational knowledge of wine, spirits, and proper food handling. Certification: Must be at least 19 years of age with a valid Mobile County Health Department Beverage/Food Handler’s certification. Personality: Polite, engaging, committed to dazzling and delighting every guest.
