TheAssistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in day-to-day storeoperations, help achieve sales goals, and ensure store standards for customerservice, inventory, and visual merchandising. This is a full-time, on-site role with flexible scheduling requirements. Requirements Responsibilities Supportthe Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day store operations and achieving sales goals Addresscustomer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure a premium customer experience Maintaininventory accuracy and ensure visual merchandising standards align with brand guidelines Manageemployee schedules, attendance, and assist with staff training and performance support Prepareand organize operational documents and reporting materials for headquarters Conductcash audits, implement loss prevention measures, and ensure compliance with company standards Utilizeretail systems, POS, and reporting tools Workflexible schedules based on business needs, including opening/closingshifts, weekends, and holidays Qualifications Minimum3 years of experience in a management role (Assistant Manager level orabove) at a setup/launch store; experience in New York (preferred) Backgroundin beauty, brand flagship, or high-end consumer goods retail Provenexperience in HR functions (scheduling, attendance management) and inventory management Bilingualproficiency in English and Korean is required to effectively communicatewith headquarters Experiencein a flagship store or beauty retail environment (preferred) Excellentinterpersonal and customer service skills with a passion for clientengagement (preferred) Compensation Salary:USD 60,000 – 85,000 (negotiable up to $90,000 based on experience) EmploymentStatus: Full-Time Hours:40 hours per week WorkLocation: 470 Broadway, New York, NY 10013 Health/ Dental / Vision Insurance (target launch: September 1, 2026) PaidTime Off: 15 days (including Paid Sick Leave and Paid Family Leave) 401(k):Company contribution of up to 3% (target setup: second half of 2026) As anewly established entity, Our Client is currently designing and reviewingthe benefits package to provide an offering based on industry benchmarksand employee needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Harmonious Hiring LLC
