Job Opportunity: Loss Prevention Associate

Epic Personnel Partners is hiring Loss Prevention Associates in Bethlehem, PA!

Job Summary: Loss Prevention Associates help keep the store safe, prevent theft, and provide good customer service.

Shifts Available : 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

Pay : $18.00/HR - WEEKLY PAY.

Key Responsibilities:

· Watch for and report suspicious behavior.

· Check the distribution center to ensure security.

· Monitor security cameras, if applicable.

· Follow company safety rules.

· Perform store audits and safety inspections.

· Manage access for employees and visitors.

· Participate in safety programs.

· Complete tasks as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

· Handle difficult situations calmly.

· Accurately understand and judge situations.

· Maintain and enforce fair standards.

· Keep records and documents.

· Operate necessary equipment.

· Work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

· Have good communication and organization skills.
