Outside Trailer Service Sales Representative

The Outside Service Sales Representative is responsible for selling and promoting trailer service and growing assigned accounts and territories.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scout territory, network with colleagues and use available resources to identify potential customers to send repair work into the Trailer Service department.
• Facilitate the handoff of customer repair work to internal Stoops staff to prepare the estimate, write up and scheduling of their repair work
• Maintain and update master list of customers called on
• Enter customer interaction, including recap of interaction, customer data, and other relevant sales data into Company CRM database
• Follow up periodically with customers to ensure their satisfaction with service and work performed and maintain the relationships to promote repeat business
• Investigate and resolve customer problems with the repair
• Prepare reports of business transactions and keep expense accounts
• Respond to customer calls and inquiries
• Participate in meetings
• Other duties are required and assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Be skilled in the following areas:

• Ability to maintain clear and accurate records
• Must be organized, excellent time management skills, professional manner in all facets of customer service.
• Ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and be flexible in working on multiple quotes simultaneously.
• Must have prior outside sales experience.
• Must be able to cold call
• Must be able to hit monthly, quarterly and yearly sales projections
• Must have strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
