By optimizing resources and managing risks, you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-impact projects that shape the future of the firm.Job responsibilitiesLead the development technology strategy and priorities, and execution and delivery across the technology and business teamsWork with team to develop work plans to test / evaluate strategies and insights which could span process improvement, organizational change, and functional strategy effortsDevelop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutionsIdentifying and implementing ways to constantly improve communications across Asset Management Technology, making them fresh, creative, and engaging by suggesting new ideas and engaging channel strategiesResearching and drafting a variety of communications, including program updates, organization announcements, etcIdentify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentumCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goalsUtilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectivenessRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organizationDeveloping a strategic communications plan for the Asset Management Technology organization and executing against itOutstanding writer, proofreader and copy editor with experience writing internal communications for large, global organizationsProven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environmentDemonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activitiesExperience working in or with financial services, specifically Asset Management, requiredStrong relationship and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with senior business and technology executivesProven communications skills (written and verbal) with the ability to interact with internal stakeholdersDemonstrated understanding of technology concepts and be able to transform them into business opportunitiesStrong facilitation, process and influence skillsExcellent analytical skills with the ability to generate effective presentationsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsJira/ Dashboards experience is nice to have JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
