Reporting directly to the Kitchen Manager, this position involves regular weekend shifts and encompasses a wide range of tasks from food preparation to inventory management. The Kitchen Worker ensures high standards of sanitation, kitchen safety, and quality control while collaborating closely with team members to support daily kitchen functions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items following established recipes and quality standards
• Clean and sanitize kitchen areas and equipment consistently
• Manage inventory by handling deliveries, stocking supplies, and monitoring stock levels
• Ensure kitchen safety by following protocols and maintaining a hazard-free environment
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Dispose of waste according to sanitation guidelines
