This growing, local business is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating with the ability to negotiate contracts and prices effectively.
- Complete and deliver accurate painting estimates to clients.
- Collaborate with production teams on all jobs sold.
- Utilize painting software to organize and pass critical job details.
- Provide timely and detailed painting proposals to clients.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience through the sales process.
- Assess project sites to measure surfaces and identify specific job needs.
- Proven experience in sales within the trades.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency with tech, including estimation or CRM software.
- Valid driver's license to travel to local estimate appointments.
