You enjoy fast-paced days, helping people, and keeping things accurate, organized, and moving forward. At Injury Centers of Brevard, our Front Desk Manager is the backbone of the clinic. You’ll be part of a tight, professional team that relies on structure, communication, and quality to deliver outstanding care to patients recovering from injury. About the Role This role is designed for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and clear operating standards. Your day will move quickly — balancing patient check-ins, scheduling, insurance verification, medical records, and coordination with providers and leadership. You’ll follow established systems, keep the office running smoothly, and step in when things get busy or unexpected. You’ll interact professionally with patients, support your teammates, and ensure policies and care plans are followed accurately. If you like structured work with constant movement, multiple priorities, and clear expectations, this role will keep you engaged and challenged. About Us Injury Centers of Brevard is a multi-location chiropractic and physiotherapy clinic serving the Brevard community with a focus on helping patients recover from auto accidents and injuries.
