Production Associate

Location: Bow, NH Pay: $19.00-$20.00/hr, with a 90-day performance review and opportunity for a wage increase based on performance. Schedule:

1. st shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
2. nd shift: Monday-Thursday, 2:30PM-1:00AM (Friday's Off)

Direct Hire Opportunity Responsibilities: Assist in stacking, nesting, and packaging materials from production lines Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Check finished goods for quality, width, and length Load raw materials onto production lines and transport materials within the facility Lift, carry, and move product as needed Communicate effectively with team members to meet production goals Requirements: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Stand for extended periods with frequent walking and pivoting Work on hard concrete surfaces in varying temperatures Previous Manufacturing experience preferred Pre-employment physical required Forklift Certification is a plus! Overhead Crane experience also a plus!
