Check in and out approximately 101 guest rooms per day and have the ability to multi-task. Maintain great communication between guests and team members. Read, write, speak and hear English. Possess good cognitive skills in problem solving and reasoning to assist with a wide variety of guest requests. Demonstrate respect, sensitivity and concern for guest needs with a professional and pleasant manner. Requirements Must have basic computer skills. Must have good corrected vision to see a computer screen and verify data entries. Must be able to use both hands for heavy amounts of phone work, filing and typing. May have to lift up to 25 pounds. Must be at least 18 years of age due to insurance purposes. Must have basic math skills and money handling; able to settle and refund payments.
