Sales Associate

Our client, a luxury bedding brand , is seeking a full-time Sales Associate to join the team at their store location in Skokie, IL . Candidates must be able to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed. Job Duties Include Create elevated experiences for clients through the in-store, in-home, and virtual design consultation program Achieve and exceed individual sales goals Act as an ambassador for company values Ensure the selling environment is customer ready at all times Maintain cleanliness throughout the store by performing tasks including dusting, vacuuming, steaming, and ensuring shared areas are regularly cleaned and well-stocked Additional duties as needed and assigned Job Qualifications Include: 1+ year of retail sales experience (or comparable industry -equivalent experience and transferable skills will also be considered) Knowledge of basic retail math and cash management techniques Must be able to stand for duration of shift, reach overhead, lift up to 50 lbs., and be able to climb a ladder/step stool, with or without reasonable accommodation A positive attitude and the ability to effectively engage with customers Must be able to travel to offsite home design consultants as needed Pay: $20 - $23/hr + bonus The description above is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and is not an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required.
