Maintains an in- depth knowledge of products and services as well as knowledge of competitors and competitive products.Develops, advises, manages and retains client relationships.Business development of new commercial client relationships.Develop internal relationships in order to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients from all areas of the bank.Advises clients on financial solutions and strategies.Be aware of banking industry and industry specific trends.Handle customer service issues by conducting research, taking ownership and following up with on a daily basis as necessary until conclusion.What You Bring:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week.
