Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Compensation: Guaranteed annual base salary with RVU-based production incentive
- Sign On Bonus: $80,000
- Relocation Assistance: $12,000
- Professional Development: Two weeks of CME allowance and $5,000
- Comprehensive Benefits Package: Full benefits include six weeks of PTO and 100% paid employee + family health insurance

Qualifications
- Degree: MD or DO
- Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT)
- Licensure: Active state medical license or ability to obtain one
- Sponsorship: J 1 visa candidates welcome to apply
