• Lead & Motivate - Support the Store Manager in fostering a positive, high-energy team culture that encourages growth and collaboration.
• Train & Develop - Ensure team members are properly trained and continuously improving.
• Deliver Excellence - Provide outstanding customer service and create an experience that keeps guests coming back.
• Drive Performance - Monitor store operations and support sales growth through coaching and teamwork.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance - Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment while enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Operational Support - Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and overall business performance.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Strong leadership & interpersonal skills - Ability to coach, motivate, and inspire a team.

• Adaptability & problem-solving - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment in various weather conditions.
• Flexibility - Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Experience - Minimum of 2+ years in a leadership role, preferably in retail, hospitality, or service industries.
• Physical requirements - Ability to lift or move 25 pounds.
• Education - High school diploma or equivalent required.
