Portfolio Value Manager
Vienna, VA - 3 days onsite, 2 remote
Rate - Negotiable

The Portfolio Value Manager role is essential to drive value-based decision-making and provide end-to-end support across the initiative's lifecycle, from problem identification through value realization.
PVMs serve as a connective tissue between strategy, governance, delivery, and business outcomes.
Align Intake to Strategy
Conduct daily reviews of Single Intake requests to assess strategic alignment, value, and portfolio fit.
Partner with Sponsors to refine problem statements and develop executive-ready materials for decision making.
Lead enhancements to the Single Intake Platform to improve effectiveness and user experience.
Drive Initiatives Through Discovery and Implementation
Provide hands-on leadership to shape initiatives and maintain momentum through Discovery and Implementation.
Provide end-to-end oversight of 70+ active initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment, value assessment, and executive visibility.
Perform initial value assessments and develop materials supporting investment decisioning and portfolio reviews.
Advance Strategic Priorities
Drive execution, governance, and value realization of strategic initiatives.
Shape Epic structures to improve transparency and executive visibility, guide Lean Business Case development, and ensure review readiness.
Create Portfolio Visibility
Translate portfolio activity into actionable insights for leadership decision making.
Develop monthly Portfolio Review materials and prepare sponsors for productive executive discussions.
Deliver the monthly Portfolio Report and Roadmap, providing transparency into portfolio health, progress, risks, and strategic alignment.
