International Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a passionate and driven beauty lover to join our international team.The International Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for supporting theInternational Shipping & Logistics team in day-to-day operations for internationalaccounts. This role will report to the Director and Manager of International Operations.Ability to work in our HQ in Edison, NJScroll down for a complete overview of what this job will require Are you the right candidate for this opportunityKey responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Manage customer order activity through the entire fulfillment cycle from start to finishMaintain excellent written and verbal communication with customers and all partners throughout the processRespond to customer inquiries and follow up on shipment status; manage RTVs, shipping discrepancies, past dues, and expedites, as well as any quality issues. Liaise with sales and accounting teams for these inquiries.Work with the team to maintain clean and updated order forms for each account; ensure each retailer and account manager is aware of any out-of-stock and discontinued itemsReview credit note requests and submit for approvalMaintain PO and Invoice trackersWork internally with managers and team members to implement new strategies and initiatives.Manage stock build/inventory tracker and share regular updates to ensure a healthy state of tradeConsolidate materials for quarterly business reviews with senior managementSupport the team with administrative support as neededQualifications:JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONSExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills xhyhwjd Exceptional organizational skillsAbility to multi-task, manage deadlines, and to prioritize workloadExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProblem solver with demonstrated critical thinking and collaboration skillsStrong Excel skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google DrivePassion for Beauty and SkincareHQ located in Edison, NJMinimum Education Level: BARequired Language: English required; Spanish is a plusMinimum Years of Experience: 1 Year
