First American seeks a Product Underwriting Counsel to partner with technology and product teams to identify, evaluate, and manage title insurance risk. The role bridges legal, underwriting, and product development, translating complex title insurance, real estate, and AI-enabled workflows into actionable guidance that shapes product strategy and underwriting protocols.
