We are excited to be looking for a Night Manager to join our growing Operation’s team here at SV Clean. The ideal candidate will have some experience in the Janitorial industry, be bilingual in Spanish and English, and be open to leaning from and working with the Senior Night Manager and Management teams. This is a Night Manager position and the core hours will be from 4pm – 12am, Monday – Friday.
Responsibilities will Include:
•\tMonitor and respond to emails, calls, and texts (during the weekdays and weekend when needed)
•\tCoordinate with contracted cleaning crews to resolve complaints and communicate results to management
•\tVisit multiple buildings each night and perform scheduled cleaning instructions using an app-based system
•\tPerform supply inventories
•\tReport any emergencies to management or client contact during off hours
•\tEmail nightly reports to management
•\tBuild relationships with cleaning crews
•\tCommunication via text, email, and phone
Qualification Requirements:
•\tBilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
•\tHigh School Diploma (Required)
•\tA Valid Driver’s License with access to reliable transportation (Required)
•\tJanitorial and Building Maintenance Industry experience (Preferred)
