Seeking board eligible/certified hospice and palliative medicine physicians. Current CA state license is a plus. Mon-Fri 8am-5pm; no nights or call.

MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center – Long Beach, California

MemorialCare Orange Coast Medical Center – Fountain Valley, California

• Orange Coast is a 240-bed facility and Saddleback has 248 beds.
• Total daily volume: ~50 patients.
• Patients are mostly managed by NP's with physician supervision.
• Patient population is primarily geriatric
• Epic EMR.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
