Senior Design Systems Architect - Frontend & Governance

Rho is seeking a Staff or Principal Product Designer to own our design system—the governed frontend layer that everything ships on. This is not a passive role, but the place where the frontend foundation of our financial operating system is defined. You will partner across engineering and design to set craft standards, build primitives, and govern the system so a large team ships with a single, coherent language.
