Job-ID29247156Reference26-25583Max BR - *** Location: Onsite, Cambridge Campus Direct responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Supporting tissue enhanced delivery platform development and portfolio programs Processing animal tissues for protein analysis and nucleic acid extraction Performing MSD and PCR-based methods for bioanalytical analyses Performing cell-based fucntional assays to characterize biotherapeutics Establishing SOPs and adapt new protocols from literature Maintaining electronic laboratory notebook Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry/post-bachelor’s research Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques (qPCR/ddPCR, ELISA, Western Blot, etc.) Ability to independently execute experiments and analyze data Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to productively collaborate in cross-functional and matrixed teams Preferred: Previous experience with animal tissue processing Previous experience with ELISA or MSD assays Previous experience with mammalian cell culture and cell-based assays EEO: “Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.”
