Position Overview:
As a Physical Therapist at Physical & Sports Rehab, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover and regain their power. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering physical therapy. You will work closely with each patient, addressing their unique needs and designing programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop personalized recovery plans.
- Deliver hands-on physical therapy to improve patient mobility and strength.
- Provide comprehensive care, considering the individual needs and goals of each patient.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.
- Make referrals to other healthcare providers when necessary.
