Senior Recruiter
Our client, a well-established financial services firm in Manhattan, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their team on a hybrid basis. This individual will play a key role in driving full-cycle recruitment efforts across a range of business areas, with a focus on attracting top talent within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles, including front-office, operations, and corporate functions
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to define hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies
- Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and referrals
- Conduct candidate screenings and manage the interview process from initial outreach through offer stage
- Maintain and build strong talent pipelines, particularly within financial services
- Provide market insights, compensation guidance, and recruitment metrics to stakeholders
- Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience while juggling multiple active searches
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within financial services, banking, or related industries
- Strong track record recruiting across a variety of roles and levels
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates
- Experience managing a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Taleo, iCIMS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently while effectively prioritizing competing demands
Preferred Background
- Experience working directly within a financial institution (banking, asset management, insurance, or fintech)
- Exposure to both corporate and revenue-generating functions
Work Environment & Compensation
- Location: Manhattan, NYC (Hybrid – 2–3 days in office)
- Salary: $115,000 – $125,000 base
- Bonus: Discretionary/Performance-based
