Experience in full-service restaurant openings
Strong restaurant management experience and kitchen management background
Understanding of hospitality management and elevated levels of remarkable customer service

Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Strong people management and leadership experience and skill
Possess excellent basic math skills and can use Point of Sale system
Be able to work in a standing position in a job for 50 hours per week
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver revenue and profits by developing, marketing, and providing appealing restaurant service; managing staff
Ensures Kitchen Manager is upholding all Hatch Kitchen Standards and procedures
Keep knowledge and presence in the kitchen day to day operations
Develop all managers to get to the next level of their professional careers by investing time into their personal and career development
Elevates restaurant business plan by surveying restaurant demand; conferring with people in the community; identifying and evaluating competitors; preparing financials, marketing, sales projections, analyses, and estimates
Meets restaurant financial objectives by preparing strategic and annual forecasts and budgets; establishing and monitoring financial controls; developing and implementing strategies to increase average meal checks.
Attracts patrons by developing and implementing marketing, advertising, public and community relations programs
Evaluates marketing program results; identifying and tracking changing demands
Controls purchases and inventory with leadership team; reviews and evaluates usage reports; analyzes variances; takes corrective actions
Maintains operations by adhering to policies and standard operating procedures; implementing production, productivity, quality, and patron-service standards; determining and implementing system improvements.
Maintains patron satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings; initiating improvements
Accomplishes restaurant human resource objectives by selecting, training, scheduling and holding consistent accountability to management and staff; communicating job expectations; enforcing policies and procedures
Maintains safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with health and legal regulations; maintaining security systems
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in the restaurant industry; attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; and more
