Location: Huntington Beach, Ca

Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm

[Hourly Pay Range: $20.00-$21.00/hr

Employment Type: Full Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Job Summary:

Join a fast-paced distribution company as a Warehouse Clerk. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and material handling. The ideal candidate has experience operating forklifts, maintaining inventory accuracy, and preparing orders for shipment while working in a busy distribution environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Process outgoing shipments using UPS, FedEx, and other shipping carriers.
• Load, unload, and move materials safely using sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Stock inventory and replenish warehouse materials as needed.
• Prepare shipping documentation, packing slips, and shipping labels.
• Ensure orders are packaged accurately and securely for shipment.
• Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Follow company safety policies and warehouse procedures.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience preferred.
• Experience with order picking, packing, labeling, and inventory control.
• Forklift experience, certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills; ERP or warehouse management system experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
