The role works closely with the Director of Advancement to advance the school’s mission through strategic fundraising initiatives, including the annual fund, special events, and donor engagement efforts. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage donor records in Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Generate reports and provide data analysis to support fundraising strategy and decision‑making. Manage all gift processing, acknowledgments, and donor stewardship communications. Support planning and execution of advancement events and campaigns. Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations of the Advancement Office.
