Financial Solutions Advisor Registration Candidate- Chesapeake Market - Spanish Required

Responsibilities Provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Triage client leads. Make referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds. Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals and recommend products. Plan clients' short‑ and long‑term financial goals using brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and bank & money‑managed solutions. Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and needs. Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities. Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele. Required Qualifications Bilingual (Spanish) required. Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses. Self‑disciplined in managing time and capacity. Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions. Success in creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration. Results‑driven mindset while prioritizing clients’ interest in a complex, fast‑paced environment. Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to learn and adapt to new technology or applications. Minimum education: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent. Desired Qualifications Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification. Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
