Overview

20-25 hours minimum per week 1099

3 days a week onsite

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join our organization. This role is integral to aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and driving organizational success.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, including succession planning and organizational design. Lead talent acquisition efforts through effective recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
  • Oversee benefits administration and compliance with employment & labor law, FMLA policies, and affirmative action planning.
  • Facilitate conflict management and employee relations activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Drive process improvement projects related to HR operations using data analysis skills and HRIS systems such as Paylocity.
  • Manage HR projects related to change management initiatives ensuring smooth transitions during organizational restructuring or process updates.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Experience with Immigration law and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources management with expertise in human capital management, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms including Paylocity
  • Demonstrated skills in strategic planning, and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and manage conflict resolution.
  • Experience in project management with a focus on change management initiatives within complex organizations.
  • Familiarity with employment & labor law compliance including FMLA regulations.
  • Ability to analyze data for decision-making purposes using tools like data collection software or HR analytics platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across departments and influence organizational culture positively.
  • Experience with Employee Navigator
