Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Experience working in a school or pediatric setting is highly preferred
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Flexible, adaptable approach to meeting diverse student needs
• Knowledge of IEP process and relevant documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services within the school environment
• Collaborate with educators and families to promote student success and participation
• Support students’ development of fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skills
• Monitor progress, maintain precise records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Offer recommendations for classroom modifications and resources to optimize student learning
