Clinician II

Location: Hartford, CT

Schedule: Full-Time

Actalent is seeking a licensed behavioral health professional to join a well-respected community-based organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals facing mental health, substance use, and housing-related challenges. In this role, you will provide counseling, crisis intervention, case coordination, and treatment planning services while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality care and support throughout the Hartford community.

• Provide individual and group counseling services
• Conduct assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning
• Deliver crisis intervention and stabilization services
• Coordinate referrals to community, medical, and behavioral health resources
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Facilitate client advocacy and case coordination services
• Participate in treatment team meetings, trainings, and program activities
• Conduct outreach and educate potential participants about available services

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related Human Services field
• Active Connecticut license in good standing (LMSW, LPC, LPCA, LMFT, or LADC)
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with mental health, substance use, homelessness, or related populations
• Experience providing assessments, counseling, and treatment planning
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency

• Bilingual Spanish
• Experience working with co-occurring disorders
• Knowledge of HIV/AIDS services and community resources
• Group facilitation experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hartford, CT.

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
