Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Experience Requirements Quality inspection or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail required Job Duties Perform 100% inspection and verification of finished goods Sort and identify products that meet quality standards Detect and report defects or discrepancies Follow inspection procedures and quality requirements Maintain accurate records as needed Work independently while meeting productivity and quality expectations Physical Capabilities Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs regularly Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift Perform repetitive inspection and sorting tasks Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
