Job Title : Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Pay Rate: $40-$55 (Based on Experience) Schedule : Full-Time Start Date : September 1, 2026 End Date : End of the 20262027 School Year Work Setting : Onsite Grade Levels : High School Position Overview ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team for the 20262027 school year. This full-time, onsite position will serve students at the high school level with an approximate caseload of 50 students. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated speech-language professional who is passionate about helping high school students develop essential communication skills while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a supportive school environment. Responsibilities Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services appropriate to your credentials Manage an approximate caseload of 50 high school students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals Provide therapy services to support students' communication and academic success Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to support student success Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions, as appropriate Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Qualifications Active Speech-Language Pathologist license required Previous school-based experience preferred Experience working with high school students preferred Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Passion for supporting student growth and communication development What We Offer Highly competitive compensation Weekly pay Comprehensive insurance including medical, dental, vision, life, and more Matching 401(k) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Supportive and collaborative school environment Ongoing support from ProCare Therapy staff #J-18808-Ljbffr ProCare Therapy
