Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)Concord Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Part-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our dedicated nursing team. The LVN will provide high-quality direct patient care, support clinical staff, and help ensure positive outcomes for our residents in a fast-paced post-acute care environment.
