What You Will Do:

• Supervise and train cooks and cashiers on assigned shift
• Perform all opening and closing duties as manager on shift
• Ensure each shift is properly staffed and get any call-outs covered
• Communicate effectively with other managers, General Manager, and District Manager
• Ensure each guest has a positive, long-lasting impression of the Wingstop experience.
• Handle all orders and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensure we provide a quality product to all guests with quick and friendly service.
• Quickly scan and comprehend orders on KDS/tickets.
• Accurately count number of bone-in wings, boneless wings and boneless strips needed for each order, portion them out to the correct sauce bowls and cook and prepare them in the proper fryers and baskets.
• Accurately coordinate cooking time of bone-in wings, boneless wings and boneless strips and fries with the corresponding timer.
• Sauce, season and package all orders according to Wingstop standards.
• Filter and freshen fryer shortening daily, following all safety procedures and with proper safety equipment.
• Complete all FLAVORLAB training for your position and any new training as required
• Clean and organize the kitchen and equipment to ensure a clean and sanitary environment.
• Able to work at a fast pace in a busy restaurant.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year experience as a restaurant shift lead or key holder
• Certified Food Manager - Serve safe or equivalent approved in State of Texas
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Maintain dependable schedule and predictable attendance
• Have reliable transportation
