Physical Therapist PositionWe are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient practice in Raymore, MO. This position offers the opportunity to provide personalized, one-on-one care focused on helping patients reduce pain, restore mobility, and return to their daily activities.The ideal candidate is patient-focused, committed to clinical excellence, and interested in working in a collaborative environment that supports professional growth. New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.Provide hands-on, evidence-based rehabilitation for musculoskeletal conditions, joint dysfunction, mobility limitations, and sports injuries.Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional rehabilitation.Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with the care team.Qualifications:Current Missouri Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and patient-care skills.Interest in hands-on therapy and individualized treatment approaches.New graduates and experienced clinicians are welcome.Experience with spinal or joint mobilization, ART, DNS, Graston/FAKTR, dry needling where licensed and trained, McKenzie Method, or Blood Flow Restriction is beneficial.Compensation and Benefits:Potential sign-on bonus for exceptional candidates.Health and dental insurance, with the employer paying 50% of premiums.401(k) with a 4% employer match.In-house continuing education opportunities (CEUs).Paid training and mentorship.Treatment table, massage table, iPad, clinical tools, and supplies provided.Collaborative team environment and marketing support.Opportunities for professional development, clinic leadership, and potential profit sharing.
