Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs In Wayne, PA
Are you a CDL-A driver searching for a rewarding OTR opportunity with competitive pay and modern equipment? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes with excellent mileage potential and performance bonuses. Home Time:
- Typically out 1-2 weeks based on location and freight.
- We strive for weekly home time, although 2-week periods may occasionally occur.
- Schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.
Equipment:
- Our fleet is well-maintained, with trucks no older than three years including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
- All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems.
- Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.
No Touch Freight:
- All dry van loads involve 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting time.
- 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.
Pay and Miles:
- Average weekly earnings of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly.
- Base pay rate from .45 to .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.
Running Area:
- Primarily east of I-35, with potential for 3,000 miles weekly for dedicated drivers.
- Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.
