Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.Provide on-site installation and familiarization training at operational locations. Troubleshoot installation and operational issues and assist Ground Systems end-users in the utilization of Ground Systems software and hardware. Support site surveys and site standups for new operational locations. Support and collaborate with customers for requested systems enhancements. Provides technical direction for mission support, plans for critical systems malfunctions and recommends alternate operating techniques to continue maximum mission support. Provides failure analysis of the performance of the communications systems and associated via telemetry data.Must be willing to travel to austere/remote locations for 60-120 days per year.
