Business Litigation Counsel - Huntsville, Alabama

Counsel-Track Attorney Opportunity Direct Counsel is representing an AmLaw 100 firm seeking a counsel-track attorney to join its Business Litigation Practice Group in Huntsville, Alabama. This is a non-partner track position with a reduced billable hour requirement, offering high-level litigation work without business development or firm management obligations. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience representing companies and/or financial institutions in single-plaintiff litigation Strong preference for experience handling consumer loan litigation, including contracts, loan agreements/modifications, wrongful foreclosure, and mortgage-related disputes Excellent understanding of civil procedure Experience taking and defending depositions and drafting pleadings Licensed in Alabama (licenses in Mississippi, Georgia, Tennessee, or Kentucky are a plus) Experience appearing in Alabama state and federal courts strongly preferred Excellent academic credentials and superior written and oral communication skills Compensation & Benefits: Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
