Job Summary The Workplace Experience Team Manager & Orange County Hub Site Leader is the strategic onsite leader responsible for creating and delivering exceptional employee and guest experiences while ensuring seamless workplace operations, operational excellence, and team performance at the Orange County Hub. Key Responsibilities Hub Management: Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and workplace-related inquiries; lead overall management and operations of the Hub; champion a workplace environment that reflects client values and culture; foster employee engagement; own day‑to‑day site operations; manage site-level budgets and expenses; coordinate workplace programs, events, communications, and employee engagement initiatives; maintain the site calendar; establish and maintain site‑specific operating procedures and workplace standards; conduct regular workplace walkthroughs to ensure high standards. Client Experience & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with client leadership and key stakeholders; deliver exceptional service quality; anticipate workplace needs and implement solutions that enhance employee experience; collaborate with business leaders to support cultural initiatives, workplace programs, and organizational priorities; act as a trusted advisor regarding workplace experience and operational improvements; create memorable experiences that delight employees and guests. Facilities, Vendor, and Operational Coordination: Partner closely with Facilities Management, Security, IT, and vendors to ensure seamless building operations; coordinate workplace resources and activities; monitor and support workplace technology and facility systems including reservation systems, digital signage, audio‑visual, badge and security access, and communication tools; support business continuity plans and respond to operational issues. Safety, Compliance & Sustainability: Ensure compliance with all company, client, regional, and global policies and procedures; uphold health, safety, security, and emergency preparedness standards; partner with Facilities and Environmental teams to support sustainability goals and workplace wellness initiatives; monitor service delivery against established standards and expectations. Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Track and analyze workplace experience metrics, employee feedback, and operational performance indicators; identify trends and opportunities for improvement; support reporting requirements and business reviews with accurate data and insights; lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and workplace experience outcomes. Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the onsite Workplace Experience team to deliver best‑in‑class employee and guest experiences; manage team performance, competencies, career development, and succession planning; foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, collaboration, innovation, and service excellence; promote a proactive, responsive, dynamic, and agile approach to support and stakeholder management; manage staffing levels and workload distribution; address operational risks proactively. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in workplace experience, hospitality, customer service, facilities, or operations management. Proven experience managing teams and developing high‑performing employees. Experience managing workplace operations in a corporate environment. Strong leadership and team development skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional customer service and hospitality mindset. Strong stakeholder and relationship management capabilities. Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, highly visible environment. Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking capabilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality when interacting with senior leaders. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of workplace technologies, reservation systems, and employee experience platforms. Experience managing budgets and operational expenses. Knowledge of sustainability initiatives and workplace wellness programs. Professional certifications in hospitality, facilities management, workplace experience, or related disciplines. Compensation Estimated compensation for this position: $105,000.00 – $115,000.00 USD per year. Actual compensation may differ and will be determined by various considerations including candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
