Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

RESPONSIBILITIES:
My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Floyd, VA and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Outbound calls to provided leads.
- Speak with customers and potential customers to ensure their needs are being met.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license preferred; training can also be supplied if needed.
- Salary plus commission/bonus
