While no planned deliveries or NICU services are required, familiarity with emergent OB procedures is necessary. This role involves 24/7 call coverage, ensuring critical care is available when needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 call coverage for emergent GYN procedures

Qualifications

• Must have OB experience within the last 2 years
• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• BLS certification required
• Comfortable with emergent GYN cases

Working Hours

• Several back-to-back 24-hour call shifts
• Minimum of one week per month coverage required

Skills

• Proficient in laparoscopic diagnostic and minor surgical procedures
• Ability to perform operative/major gynecological surgery, including ectopic pregnancy management and cystectomy
