Job Description

Software Engineer capabilities with 10 or more years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated IT analysis / programming tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Senior role that has responsibility for multiple large, complex software development with greater impact to the enterprise.

• Responsible for assisting Project leader/manager assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
• 10 plus years of experience with Ca-Gen development analysis and design in a mainframe DB2 Client server environment.
• Good oral and written communication skills are required.
