Kids For The Future
The YMCA of Greater San Francisco is hiring a Service Connector to engage families and connect them to resources for housing stability and self-sufficiency. The role is based off-site at Huntersview and Sunnydale housing sites in San Francisco. You will work with residents, collect data, manage caseloads, and coordinate program outcomes. Role requires strong communication, ability to travel between sites, and commitment to HOPE SF goals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
