Hiring Landscaping Workers & Crew Leader – Immediate Openings
We are hiring experienced Landscaping Workers and a Crew Leader to join our growing team immediately!
Job Type
- Full-Time
- Weekly Payroll
- Competitive Pay (DOE – Depending on Experience)
Requirements
- 2–5 years of landscaping experience
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Able to start immediately
- Dependable, hardworking, and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Job Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Lawn mowing
- Weeding and edging
- Tree and shrub trimming
- Seeding and sod installation
- Mulching
- Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Paver installation
- Drainage work
- General landscape maintenance and installation
- Other landscaping-related tasks as assigned
Crew Leader Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise landscaping crews
- Ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
- Train team members and maintain quality standards
- Communicate effectively with management and customers
Work Location
Projects are located within a 10–20 mile radius of Coral Springs, FL .
