We are seeking acontract Project Manager to lead the rapid construction of temporarystructures. This is a fast-paced, short-duration engagement requiring someonewho can hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end construction activities, includingscheduling, contractor coordination, and milestone tracking

Ensure design requirements and specifications are metthroughout the build

Identify and drive lead time reductions acrossprocurement, fabrication, and installation

Manage vendors and subcontractors, including scope,performance, and change orders

Track project budget and flag cost variances early

Oversee safety compliance and ensure all work meetsapplicable standards

Communicate status, risks, and blockers to projectstakeholders

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Construction Management,Engineering, Business, or related field

5+ years of project management experience inconstruction, facilities, or structures

Demonstrated ability to compress schedules and managemultiple work streams simultaneously

Experience managing vendors, subcontractors, and changeorders

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

PMP or equivalent experience preferred

Preferred

Experience managing construction or installation oftemporary or modular structures, including tent structures

Familiarity with rapid-deploy or expeditionaryconstruction environments
