We’re seeking a Business Transformation Advisor – a senior, client-facing role that blends deep TPA industry expertise with advanced platform knowledge to guide clients through strategic configuration and solution design. What You’ll Do Act as a trusted advisor , guiding clients through complex implementation decisions. Design solutions that prioritize usability, scalability, and ROI . Partner with Project Management, Configuration, Training, Data Integration, and Product teams to translate business needs into clear, scalable workflows. Lead discovery sessions, solution design discussions, and configuration strategies. Ensure implementation quality and long-term sustainability. Mentor team members and contribute to best-practice playbooks. 7+ years of experience in a self-insured TPA or health plan environment. Strong experience of critical TPA functions: claims processing, benefit design, eligibility, stop-loss adminisration, accounting and billing. Proven ability to advise clients on migration strategies and scalable system designs. Executive-level communication and relationship-building skills. Hands-on experience with claims, eligibility, provider, and integration/EDI platforms. #J-18808-Ljbffr
