About the Role:
Join the Dairy Queen team in Mount Vernon, GA, as a Cook! This exciting role offers a chance to work in a fast-paced environment, serving delicious treats and meals while leading a dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service while making orders.
Prepare and cook menu items according to Dairy Queen standards and recipes.
Lead and motivate team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and dining space.
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Leadership experience or potential in a team setting for shift lead position.
Must be at least 16 years old; higher age may be required for shift leader role.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Passion for food and customer service.
